I am from Mexico and I work as a HR Manager in a company with more than 2000 employees. I just finish reading your book “Happy Work” few minutes ago and I am more than thankfull about all the learning I have get. For me this is “A must read book”
I would like to ask you an advise, I am really interested to do a coaching certification specificly a “Life Coach Certification” but honestly I don’t know how is the best way to start, I will appreciate if you can give any advise tthat can help me to persue this challenge.
Also I would like to know how can I continue learning from your materials, if you have another books or what is the best way to continues improving, I loved that I read and I have to thank you for that wanderful book which is an excelent tool for any new leader, for those that are in the road and for those that can say they have a lot of experience.
